These Terms apply to Zentredge AI Quote Assistant, a SaaS product provided by Zentredge.

Zentredge AI Quote Assistant helps furniture moving and delivery companies collect structured quote requests through a website widget, manage leads in a dashboard, and send quotation emails.

The product is delivered digitally through a web dashboard and embeddable website widget. No physical goods are shipped.

Customers receive dashboard access after successful payment and onboarding. Access may be provided through an invitation email.

Customers are responsible for reviewing quote details, AI-generated content, pricing decisions, customer communications, and business operations.

AI-generated or assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers should review all information before relying on it.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the Subscription Policy. Billing may be processed by Paddle or another payment provider.

Do not misuse the product, abuse the widget, attempt unauthorized access, copy widget keys to unauthorized domains, or use the product for unlawful activity.

Widget access may be restricted to approved customer domains.

Zentredge does not guarantee leads, revenue, bookings, sales, customer conversions, or perfect AI output.

Zentredge does not provide payment processing, money transmission, payment facilitation, merchant-of-record services, consulting, advisory services, or custom software development through this product.

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, abuse, policy violations, or security concerns.
